Located in a suburb of Jeddah, this property overlooks a stunning panoramic view of the Sea Canal. Given this beachfront luxury villa is a renovation project,  great care was taken to retain the fundamental parts of the existing structure while designing a contemporary residence. We had the objective in mind of creating an open space with abundant natural light - integrating the outdoor terrace and landscape into the living spaces of the villa. The majority of living and sleeping areas have a view towards the sea, each space having been designed and organised to maximum efficiency while respecting the structural limitations.
