Al Murjan

The Murjan Project is a residential development for a private client located in the city of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Spread over a plot area of approximately 2,250 sqm, the development consists of a family house, a Deewaniya block and adequate service staff quarters. In one of the first meetings we had with our clients, the couple told us: “we would live on a farm if we could”. Those words stuck with us throughout the whole design process. We made sure every space (including corridors and the basement) had views to an outdoor garden or a courtyard.
